St John Ambulance Brigade (Cadets) Certificate in History of the Order awarded to Barbara Ward
History of the Order was one of the proficiency subjects available to Cadets as part of the Grand Prior's Award. History of the Order became a compulsory subject for Cadets, but there is no clear date as to when that came in to effect. At the time that this certificate was issued, Cadets had to complete twelve proficiency subjects to receive the Award. Today, Cadets must complete sixteen subjects.
